So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Introduction
In Chapters 1 through 3, we reviewed the value of using frameworks for supply chain management, explored the importance of integrated business and supply chain planning, and examined the hierarchical characteristics of supply chain management frameworks.
