So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The grand old man of systems sciences, my dear friend of the last 40 years, is no longer with us. Russell Ackoff left us, unexpectedly, on October 29, 2009, due to complications from hip surgery.
