I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Accessing logs
- To find your logs, in the main menu toolbar, navigate to File | Repository Location...:
- Alternatively, access the logs directly on your device. The default folder where the log files are saved is /Users/<username>/Documents/My Tableau Repository:
- There's a wide range of issues that can occur, and it would be impossible to provide a comprehensive overview of them. However, once you've found the logs, you can use them to understand the nature of the issue you've experienced:
