Acknowledgments

Since 2012, we've been fortunate to get to build and lead this company, playing a part in the journey of thousands of companies and how they are reckoning with hiring today. This book is an encapsulation of all that we've learned in this time from our unique vantage point.

So, we'd like to start our acknowledgments by thanking all of the organizations, recruiters, and Talent Makers who have allowed us to watch and learn from them. Your intense usage of our product (and never-ending feature requests) point the way for us to where the world is going.

As we came up to speed in the HR tech world, a few of the old (old!) hands have been critical in providing us with context and laughing when we thought we'd come up with some brilliant idea that it turns out had been done 20 years before.
