that you only embed video this way
when using short clips (10 seconds
or less) and no audio. Flash uses a
wizard to make it easy to import
video files.

1 Click File.
2 Click Import.

4 Select the On your computer
option for the location of your
FLV file.

Flash presents any warnings here.
5 Click Browse and choose an FLV
file to open.
6 Select the Embed FLV in SWF
and play in timeline option.
