At the beginning of your 12 Week Year, use the planning template to record your goals and the tactics needed to reach them. Be sure to include the week(s) that each tactic comes due.
At the beginning of each week, use a Weekly Plan to capture tactics due from your 12 Week Plan. If you have any past due tactics that are still relevant, include them in your Weekly Plan as well. Tactics that came due in earlier weeks, or that are not yet due, are not included in your Weekly Plan. Once your Weekly Plan is prepared, carry it with you and execute from it each day.
