Three More Async-First Superpowers
Writing is the number-one async-first superpower. In fact, I’ll say that it’s the number-one superpower for remote work. Period.
While this book assumes remote work as a default, I don’t intend for it to be a remote-work playbook. That said, some remote-work skills become crucial when working asynchronously.
What an Async-First Superhero Looks Like
In this chapter, I’ll add three more superpowers to our list to go along with written communication. This quartet of abilities, which Figure 5.1 illustrates, will help you and your team enhance your individual and collective effectiveness. Here are the three other superpowers:
