Game theory is fascinating stuff and, as you now know, it has a very mathematical backbone to it and a more psychological side as well. In this appendix I include some suggestions for further reading that encompass both the math and the psychology. I also tell you all of the sources that I have used, and finally, I point you to some websites that are useful.
