Mark Schwartz is a profilic author best known for his bureaucratic classic, MI-CIS-OIT-003. In 2010 he made it through the security gates of a federal office building in Washington, DC, and threatened to stay there until government IT became agile. After seven years he agreed to depart for the public cloud and the government gave him a pile of souvenir plaques.
