I am very much grateful to Rex Black and humbled by the opportunity he has given me to coauthor this book. Writing a book has been one of my dreams; little did I know, after connecting with some friends in my network list in December of 2015, where I noted my part-time teaching work and interest in writing a book, that Rex would immediately contact me to help write a portion of this book. I learned a lot over the past year regarding the publishing process and how truly difficult yet satisfying the experience can be.
