So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

As discussed in Chapter 6, one of the key elements of planning for logistics is the design of appropriate logistics processes. These processes are the methods that are used to ensure that the business operates effectively so that all major objectives are achieved.
