So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
About the Authors
JIM KOUZES AND BARRY POSNER have been working together for over forty years, studying leaders, researching leadership, conducting leadership development seminars, and providing leadership, with and without titles, in various capacities. They are coauthors of the award‐winning, best‐selling book The Leadership Challenge.
