In this chapter I aim to answer the following questions:

1  How do you define managing for daily improvement (MDI)?

2  What does MDI involve?

3  How can you use it to help turn process changes into behaviour changes?

In any organization looking to create an environment where improvement occurs every day there are a number of routines that need to happen every day, every week and every month.
