I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

There is clearly some truth in the short dialogue above; indeed, I opened this book with a statement very like its first two lines, when I said that the quality of our decisions determines how well every other talent or capability that we have can be applied. That said, I find myself dissatisfied with the apparent finality of the conclusion that we can only improve our decisions through the experience of making mistakes.
