I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

This book is something I’ve wanted to write since my first career transition from engineer to training manager. After experiencing a work environment that disabled instead of enabled me, despite being one of the best companies to work for, I embarked on a mission to modernize the workplace. The Millennial Myth represents a significant milestone in bringing to life the research, interviews, and experiences I’ve had along this path.
