If you are a manager or supervisor, how your attitude influences and motivates others will be apparent in their behavior. If you are not yet a manager, you can still be a leader, and your attitude will affect those around you as well. To ultimately grow into a management role, you want to be noticed as someone who brings out the best in those around them.
