Sound Restoration and Colorization
Back in mid-1990s, a young sound department trainee burst into my room. He was all excited as he announced that the decision had been made to mix the soundtrack we were working on in “five-point-one”! Wasn't that great?! I smiled at the news. He spun on his heels and disappeared down the hall to tell the rest of his friends.
