I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Lucy Shuker shouldn’t be able to play wheelchair tennis as well as she does. As a high paraplegic she has no core muscles to help her stay in the chair as she reaches out for a ball, so competing against an amputee who can use her whole body is a tough ask. However, when you factor in Lucy’s passion for the game and for making the most of her life, then you begin to see how she does it.
