Using Software to Optimize Processes

As part of a student consultancy in Germany in 2011, a group of college friends – including Alexander Rinke, Bastian Nominacher, and Martin Klenk – begun assisting Bayerischer Rundfunk to improve their customer service department. This began as a typical IT advisory project but the students realized there was an opportunity to create software.
