Chapter 9. Troubleshooting Case Study: Bank of POLONA

This chapter presents four troubleshooting cases at Bank of POLONA, a fictitious company, based on the topology shown in Figure 9-1. POLONA has hired SECHNIK Networking for technical support. As employees of SECHNIK, we need to solve all problems reported by the customer and document them. Each troubleshooting case includes a few configuration errors. Configuration errors will be dealt with as real-world troubleshooting scenarios. Certain technologies are explained briefly to refresh your memory.
