Handling a Resistance to Coaching

Your leadership experience has no doubt taught you that change is usually met with some kind of resistance. You can probably think of many instances when employees resisted new developments (for example, a new computer system, a new boss, a new process, or a new policy). Others might take covert action to sabotage the new way of doing things.
