Abstract

Franklin Resources, Inc., known as Franklin Templeton Investments is a leading global investment management firm with offices in 35 countries and clients in more than 150 countries. The company was established in the year 1947 in New York. The company’s first line of mutual funds, was a series of conservatively managed equity and bond funds. Franklin Templeton consists of independent multiclass investment management groups of Franklin, Templeton, and Mutual Series. Franklin Resources is valued using DDM and relative valuation model.
