Chapter 9. VMware Horizon Mirage
This chapter describes the recommended approach to prepare for a deployment of all the components of Horizon Mirage. This product came from an acquisition VMware made in mid 2012 from a company called Wanova. The idea behind the acquisition, as we’ve been told, was to address a broader market than just the virtual desktop space. VMware was looking into reaching the physical PCs as well as the virtual desktops and provide one solution to manage both types of endpoints.
