This is the introductory chapter and, as with most such chapters, its main purpose is to give you a quick start with ReasonML and let you become comfortable with editing, compiling, and running ReasonML programs. The programs themselves are of limited interest—there’s only so much charm in the phrase “Hello, world,” and doing simple arithmetic isn’t particularly exciting.
On the other hand, the things you’ll learn from these programs are quite interesting.
