I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Defining Recursion
You may have seen pictures like this:
It’s a drawing of a still life in front of a picture frame. In the picture frame is the still life with a picture frame, which shows the still life with a picture frame, and so on. The image is defined in terms of itself: a drawing of a drawing of a drawing. How far does that sequence go on? In theory, it goes on infinitely. In practice, as soon as the image becomes too small to resolve, the artist stops drawing the smaller images and says, “Okay, that’s it.”
