8.1 Enabling search-based navigation
Before using the enhanced search features that are provided in Feature Pack 2, we need to
make sure that the store’s master catalog is indexed for WebSphere Commerce search and
the search server and that index structure is deployed and built.
To enable catalog-based navigation, perform the following steps:
1. Log on to the Management Center.
2. Select Store Management from the menu, as shown in Figure 8-1.

3. Click Stores in the explorer view, as shown in Figure 8-2.
