I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Disabling Accounts
If you do expect that your colleague may one day return to your life, you might consider disabling the account instead of deleting it. A disabled account doesn’t show up on the Login screen or in the User Accounts program, but it’s still there on the hard drive, and you can bring it back when necessary.
There’s no pretty Control Panel link for disabling an account; you’ll have to get your hands greasy in the power-user underpinnings of Windows. See “Account is disabled” on Groups for details.
