It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

In WordPress, posts are created by an administrator or users with post creation capabilities. In most themes, you will see a linked author name alongside the post title. Once you click on the link, you will be redirected to a page with all the posts that have been created by the specified user.
