It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

As you set off on your AI Journey, prepare to encounter a captivating array of individuals, and with them frustrations. Throughout my professional journey and after handling dozens of large-scale AI deployments, I've come to understand that the team you assemble and how you manage the personalities plays the most crucial role in determining your success, regardless of the project's size. As such, I want you to be well-acquainted with the personalities and resistance you may encounter when working with individuals who struggle to adapt to the changes AI will bring. More importantly, I will discuss how best to work with them. This chapter will discuss how to build a new team or work with an existing team you've inherited. I will also share a personal story of the most extreme case of people challenges I ever faced in all my years.
