Im IT-Service Management (ITSM) steht die Bereitstellung und Erbringung effizienter Services zur Erfüllung von Kundenanforderungen, der Wirtschaftlichkeit und der Geschäftsprozesse im Vordergrund.FitSM ist ein neuer Standard für pragmatisches, mit vertretbarem Aufwand umsetzbares, leichtgewichtiges ITSM.
