So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Continuous learning is critical to the success of the individual, business unit, and the organization. An organization’s only sustainable advantage is its human capital. How that human capital continually develops to address corporate and individual needs is a critical factor of success.
