Microsoft has improved the proofing tools across the 2007 Microsoft Office system. One item worth reviewing for PowerPoint 2007 is the contextual spelling option. If you have ever made a mistake such as "I will go their" and caught it only in front of an audience, then this will be a useful tool for you.

Basic typos are forgivable in most settings; misuse of grammar isn’t. Contextual spelling helps find and fix this kind of error, letting you know the sentence should use "there" instead of "their."
