Each member of a file sharing workspace is assigned to the role Manager, Participant, or Guest, just as are the members of a Groove standard workspace. Likewise, each role is granted specific permissions by default. Managers, for example, can invite members, remove a member (by uninviting that member), and cancel outstanding invitations. A Participant can also invite others to become members of the file sharing workspace, but a Participant cannot uninvite members or cancel invitations.
