I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Changing Roles and Permissions for a File Sharing Workspace
Each member of a file sharing workspace is assigned to the role Manager, Participant, or Guest, just as are the members of a Groove standard workspace. Likewise, each role is granted specific permissions by default. Managers, for example, can invite members, remove a member (by uninviting that member), and cancel outstanding invitations. A Participant can also invite others to become members of the file sharing workspace, but a Participant cannot uninvite members or cancel invitations. A Guest can look at the files in a file sharing workspace, but a Guest cannot invite, uninvite, or cancel invitations.
