Inviting Questions to Launch into the Formal Interview

If the icebreaker questions set the mood, then a smooth transition into the first formal interview questions will go a long way in cementing a spirit of trust and transparency between the hiring manager and the candidate. Not all of the questions that follow need to be asked at the onset of the interview; some can be saved for later in the process, toward the end of the meeting.
