Mentoring Talent

As I’ve become more successful in my career, I’ve also become more interested in helping others advance in their careers. Remember, I wrote at the beginning of this book that I didn’t have any advisors or mentors when I was starting out (though I certainly received a lot of training during my years at PVH, for which I am very appreciative). Therefore, I’ve made it a point to seek out younger and more junior employees who I believe have potential and have made it my business to mentor them.
