So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Chapter 3. Exploring Android Studio
In this chapter, we will take a guided tour of the most important areas of Android Studio. This is so that we can quickly and easily discuss where the different actions that we will perform take place. This is the only chapter in this book where we won't actually build an app or do some coding, but it is nice and short and will set us up for all the apps that we will build.
Here are the key things that we will do:
- We will take a fairly detailed tour of the windows, tabs, and features of Android Studio
- We will get to know the different files and folders involved in an Android project
