In a previous chapter, we spoke about values. But business values don't work in the same way as personal values. Let me give you an example; here are some awesome business values:
- integrity
- communication
- respect
- excellence.
And they belong to … Enron! An organisation, in case you've forgotten, that was corrupt to its core.
