After studying human nature for over three decades from personal, professional and spiritual perspectives, I learned what it means to live with authenticity.

It started when I was 28 years old and had done everything my parents said to do. I had the husband, nice cars, a house on a hill, good jobs – all the things they said would make me happy, and I was miserable. I didn’t like what I was doing nor who I was with. My mother seemed to think that if I had a degree in education and a teaching certificate I would always be able to get a job. The only thing she didn’t consider was that I didn’t like teaching in a classroom. I only lasted 30 days then had to find another way to make a living.
