Part I: Introduction
In this first part of the book, I introduce the basic concepts of blockchain technology, such as trustless consensus, cryptocurrencies, and cryptoeconomics. For application developers and business executives, it is crucial to understand these concepts, as they establish a common vocabulary for further discussion. It is necessary for you to learn the essential features and key characteristics of blockchain networks in order to design and develop blockchain applications.
