Organizing All Available Options
We're now in the final step of strategic option polishing. We've gone over various viewpoints in order to handpick strategic options. In fact, we have too many options, making it difficult to narrow them down. So let's first organize the polished options.
There are several ways to organize them. The first way is to organize options by similarities. We've come up with options from different points of view, but there are bound to be similar or overlapping options. Go ahead and combine similar options.
Next, list the organized options and separate them by whether they can be applied simultaneously or not. If they can be used concurrently, you can adopt them and turn them into a growth strategy. If not, you will have to pick and choose.
Also list potential advantages, opportunities, threats, weaknesses, and KSFs needed when utilizing each option. You'll get a better picture of your options as a whole.
