Our Example
Since this book is about winning and awarding new business, the question
becomes how to take the information that we have discussed in this chapter
and present it or request it in a way that makes sense to a potential customer or
supplier. We believe this starts with the glass wall process. If you do not have a
glass wall process and do not plan on implementing the process, you will have
to find a way to show that you have good control of quality.
