In this final part of the book, we provide you with solutions to accelerate change. We focus on three areas that as an agent of change and a senior leader within your business, you have the power to control and influence:

  • technology risk management
  • your board and directors.

These three key areas can significantly affect the rate of your digital transformation. We have observed that these change-making areas are too often discussed as an afterthought, if at all, among executives pursuing a digital agenda. Given their critical importance to digital transformation, we deemed it necessary to spend some time exploring how these areas impact on the strategy, culture and enablers we have already covered.
