It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

10. On the Custom Conguration page, check the checkbox LAN routing as
shown in Figure 9.29, and click Next.

Click Finish and click Yes to conrm it. When prompted to start the service,
click Yes.
Task 3: Installing and Using RIP
For this task, you install and apply the routing protocol RIP for dynamic routing:
1.
Double click IPv4 in the left pane. Right click General and select New
Routing Protocol (Figure 9.30).
2.
In the New Routing Protocol dialog, select RIP Version 2 for Internet
Protocol and click OK as shown in Figure 9.31.
3.
Right click RIP and select New Interface as shown in Figure 9.32.
