I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Building documentation using Sphinx
The code for this recipe is available at https://github.com/dev-cafe/cmake-cookbook/tree/v1.0/chapter-12/recipe-02, and includes a C++ example. The recipe is valid with CMake version 3.5 (and higher) and has been tested on GNU/Linux, macOS, and Windows.
Sphinx is a Python program and a very popular documentation system (http://www.sphinx-doc.org). When used with Python projects, it can parse the source file for so-called docstrings and automatically produce documentation pages for functions and classes. However, Sphinx is not limited to Python, and can also parse reStructuredText, Markdown plain-text files, and generate HTML, ePUB, or PDF documentation.
