The following results are taken from our representative 2018 market survey of 568 Swiss consumers. Survey participants came from Switzerland and represent the local population in terms of income, age, and gender. They were recruited via an online panel of a recognized market research company (Rudolph, Bischof, and Schuerch, 2019).
We asked participants about their familiarity with 54 subscription providers (identified among 224 providers operating in German-speaking Europe).
