Modelling a Control System—Transfer Function Approach
2.1 INTRODUCTION
As we have seen in the previous chapter, a control system consists of a number of sub-systems. All the sub-systems work in unison to achieve a desired output for a given input. Mathematical modelling of sub-systems and also of the whole system is required for carrying out performance studies. In this chapter, modelling of a control system using transfer function approach has been dealt with.
