So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

4.3.3 The Advantage of COSMIC FFP in This Environment
In the rst version of the process model, not all data interaction is known. But the
description of the process is detailed enough to classify a process into one of the
four categories of the rened approximate COSMIC FFP. Based on only the pro-
cess model, it is possible to get an early estimate of the size of a process chain with
an uncertainty of 20 to 30%.
Most early sizing techniques are based on information about the data (Meli
2002). In this environment the process model was designed before the data model,
which means that FPA-based techniques can only be used in a later stage.
