Chapter 4 explored the differences between workaholism and work engagement, the impact of work engagement, and the effect of burnout on job performance was explored. Thus far the overall conclusion has been that engagement in work is a desired state. This chapter will focus on how to create an engaged culture so that the organization and employees can reap the benefits of that culture.
