Point-to-Point Architecture

The point-to-point architecture is the simplest of all four wireless network architectures. It connects one single point to another single point, as illustrated by Figure 3-1.

Advantages of Point-to-Point Architecture

The advantages of point-to-point architecture include the following processes that are faster, simpler, and less costly when compared to other wireless network architectures:

  • Installation

  • Testing

  • Support
