I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Darrick Deel is a Software Engineer for Cisco Systems' Enterprise Voice, Video Business Unit. He is the primary designer of the services and directory infrastructure for Cisco IP Phones. Darrick has expertise in Web application development, HTML, HTTP, JavaScript, VBScript, Windows programming with Visual Basic, Windows Scripting Host, ActiveX component development, Windows NT administration, SQL Server, and SQL92 programming.
Mark Nelson is a programmer in the Cisco Systems Enterprise Voice, Video Business Unit and has authored a number of books including The Data Compression Book, Second Edition, Serial Communications: A C++ Developers Guide, Second Edition, and C++ Programmers Guide to the Standard Template Library.
